Complete the application above with your event details, including date, location, time, backdrop, and layout preferences. Once a Smile Station representative reviews and approves it, we’ll send you a contract to confirm and sign. You'll then receive a payment link to secure your date with a deposit.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Yes! We do need to be in a covered location to protect the set up from bad weather. As well as have a power outlet within 15 feet of distance. A tent and a power supply can be provided by us at an additional cost if needed.
Yes! We regularly travel and will share with you any travel fees to your event location when you inquire.

HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?
We begin set up 1 hour before the agreed time. Example: if you request our service from 6PM to 10PM, we will arrive at 5PM to begin setting up.
Absolutely! We love adding personal touches to your photos. Whether it's your business logo, a special sentence, or any graphic you have in mind, just let us know. We’ll seamlessly incorporate it into your prints, making your event even more memorable and unique!

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons! Secure your date to guarantee that Smile Station will be there to capture all your moments.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
Yes! Our professional attendants are always there to help guests, manage the Photo Booth, and make sure everyone has an amazing experience.
IS AN ATTENDANT PRESENT DURING THE EVENT TO ASSIST WITH THE PHOTOBOOTH?
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?AND IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes! You and your guests will receive digital copies instantly! Plus, we’ll send you an online gallery after the event so you can relive all the fun.
DO YOU PROVIDE DIGITAL COPIES OF THE PHOTOS?
We accept all major credit cards, and bank transfers. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due before service begins.
